Jill Ward

Board Member

Jill Ward has served as a member of our board of directors since December 2018. Ms. Ward has public and private company board experience, serving on technology growth company boards in the Boston and Silicon Valley areas. She is a successful operating executive, serving most recently as President, COO, and CEO-elect of Fleetmatics, a growing and publicly traded software-as-a-service (SaaS) business that was acquired by Verizon. Prior to that, Jill was an SVP/General Manager at software company Intuit, and a member of the company’s executive leadership team for more than a decade.

Ms. Ward is currently a member of the board of directors at Hubspot (NYSE: HUBS), a marketing, sales, service and CRM software platform for SMBs. In addition, Jill served on the board of venture-backed Adaptive Insights. In the non-profit world, Jill currently serves on the board of MicroLoan Foundation USA, which funds microloans and training to women-owned small businesses in Africa.  Jill holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College and a BA from Wellesley College.  We believe that Ms. Ward’s experience in scaling technology products and companies globally will provide her with the qualifications and skills to serve as a member of our board of directors.
